Our company began as an individual business in 1996 and was incorporated in 2009 as Abuşoğulları Kumlama Boya İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi. With AZZ MAKİNA ve Mühendislik Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi, founded in 2021, we expanded into blasting machine design, steel structures, special chassis and welded / machined fabrication.
At our modern plant in İzmir Pancar Organised Industrial Zone, our blasting and painting capacity of 3,700 tonnes per month makes us a strategic partner to heavy industry, power plants and demanding projects.
With a certified team that has worked with us for many years, 100% certified raw materials and quality that is measured and reported, we keep the delivery dates we commit to.

Founded AZZ Makina ve Mühendislik Ltd. Şti., expanding into blasting machine design, steel structures and chassis fabrication.

Operating a 16,000 m² plant in İzmir Pancar OSB with a monthly blasting and painting capacity of 3,700 tonnes.

Blasting equipment
18-turbine automatic tunnel shot blasting machine
3000 × 1800 mm inlet. Designed and built by Mechanical Engineer Aziz Abuş; the domestically built blasting machine with the largest inlet in Türkiye. Blasts the heaviest sections and large structures uniformly in a single pass.
6-turbine automatic tunnel shot blasting machine
2000 × 1000 mm inlet; for sections, plates and series parts.
2 manual blast rooms
5000 × 5000 × 14000 mm; parts up to 14 metres long.
Sweep blasting of galvanized steel
Low-pressure precision blasting for hot-dip galvanized materials.
5 mobile blasting units
On-site blasting with 4 high-pressure compressors.
Certified abrasives
Steel shot, steel grit, silica, quartz, basalt and glass beads.
Painting and coating equipment
9 airless spray units
High-pressure application with uniform film thickness.
Graco Gusmer GH-3
Hydraulic proportioner for 100% pure polyurea, hybrid and elastomeric coatings.
Coating systems for galvanized steel
Special adhesion primers and epoxy / polyurethane duplex systems.
Corrosion- and acid-resistant linings
Vinyl ester, solvent-free epoxy, polyurethane and fire-retardant coating systems.
