Survey and quotation
We assess your specification, part dimensions, tonnage and required coating system and prepare a clear quotation.

Blasting
Tunnel blasters, blast rooms or mobile crews bring the surface to the required ISO 8501-1 grade.

Painting and coating
Primer, intermediate and topcoats are applied with approved products under measured ambient conditions.

Inspection, report and delivery
DFT and roughness measurements are reported, and parts are packed to specification and delivered.

Common questions
Which parts do you blast and paint?
Steel structures, tanks and pressure vessels, truck and construction machinery chassis, defence equipment, power plant components, treatment tanks and many more. All applications across 14 industries are listed on our Industries page.
What is the largest part you can handle?
Our tunnel blaster has a 3000 × 1800 mm inlet and our manual blast rooms measure 5000 × 5000 × 14000 mm. 15 overhead cranes handle parts up to 15 tonnes. Larger, non-transportable structures are handled by our on-site crews.
Do you accept work from abroad?
Yes. Our plant is in İzmir, Türkiye, near the port city of İzmir. We work for customers across Türkiye and abroad and carry out on-site work where required.
What should I send for a quotation?
A technical specification or drawing, part dimensions and tonnage, quantity, required surface cleanliness grade (e.g. Sa 2½), corrosivity category or coating system and, if available, photos help us prepare an accurate quotation quickly.
