Founded in 2021, AZZ Makina combines Abuşoğulları’s hands-on surface treatment experience with engineering and fabrication capability. We use the machines we design in our own plant, and blast and paint the chassis and structures we fabricate on the same site.
The clearest example of this know-how is our 18-turbine automatic tunnel shot blasting machine with a 3000 × 1800 mm inlet, designed and built by Mechanical Engineer Aziz Abuş.

5 MIG/MAG welding machines, Kesmak KMY DG400 band saw and pillar drill.
Welding standards
Fabrication to EN ISO 3834 and EN 1090
Our structural steel and chassis welding is carried out by certified welders in accordance with these standards.

What is AZZ Makina?
AZZ Makina ve Mühendislik Sanayi Ticaret Ltd. Şti. is our sister company, founded in 2021. It designs and manufactures blasting machines and fabricates box-section chassis, steel structures and welded / machined parts.
Do you build custom blasting machines?
Yes. We design with SolidWorks and AutoCAD and manufacture in-house. The 18-turbine tunnel blaster with a 3000 × 1800 mm inlet in our plant was designed and built by Mechanical Engineer Aziz Abuş.
Which chassis do you fabricate?
Box-section chassis for trucks, trailers, construction machinery and agricultural machinery. Welding is carried out by certified welders to EN ISO 3834 and EN 1090, and blasting and painting are completed on the same site.
